Bringing expertise positively impacting operational performance and profitability of publicly traded and private equity portfolio companies and business units of Fortune 100 companies, Jim is a Financial Executive with strong experience in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. He also has an extensive background in financial operations, strategy development and execution, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

Most recently, Jim was CFO – Servicing for Nationstar Mortgage, the largest nonbank mortgage loan servicer and the fourth largest servicer in the US.

Previously, Jim was the CFO for Home Loan Servicing Solutions (HLSS), a unique, yield-oriented specialty finance company, until its merger with New Residential Investment Corp in October 2015. Prior to HLSS, he was Vice President Finance for Ocwen Financial Corporation, where he planned and executed the IPO of HLSS. Earlier, Jim directed various financial planning and analysis teams for AT&T/BellSouth, including 2 start-up business units at BellSouth. His work included serving as CFO of AT&T’s $2.7B National Business Markets unit where he directed planning, budgeting and financial reporting and analysis.
